This will be a practical session, aimed at providing you with tools and guidance to help you get the best from your staff. During the session we'll use real life examples to explore issues such as the importance of boundaries, handling difficult conversations and knowing when to escalate matters.

 

The overall aim of the session is to support managers and help you to:


- Understand the importance of Trust, Empathy and Boundaries in staff management
- Learn how to handle conflict and difficult conversations
- Understand the different levels of listening and how to apply effective techniques
- Understand the process for giving feedback to staff
